    All three of my recent visits have been greeted by the maintenance message. Shame as, with the recent rain, I wanted to know the score.
    Obviously the wrong type of rain.

    It seemed to work for about 2 days then went down. I wonder if it is not a technical fault moreover some administrative or political (with a small p) issue.

    They are making progress. They now say they have technical difficulties with no anticipated restoration date.
