Take A lb of raw sausage meat,mix with a tea spoon of Chilli PDR.
A tea spoon of Garlic Oil,One raw egg white and 2oz semolina pdr.
Mix together ,Roll into shapes of the size you want and simmer in water till firm(Boile Size About 3/4 mins) Then you can freeze till you go.
