Dunno about that one Glenn. They do occasional underground tours down there. I have to say I was rather dissapointed. Glad the tour was free. Even more shopping trolleys in the river down there. And 17 colonies of pipistrelles.
And two huge pipes feeding in water...or sewage? Not sure which. The Tin Brook maybe?
It is illegal to canoe along the river below Merseyway. They are scared of terrorist bombs being attached to the concrete supports for the shopping centre.
They said otters are regularly seen down there, but I suspect they have all been mink.
