I have now watched the video and it makes me even more annoyed!!
But this is more about these anglers rather than matchmen as a whole!

For aguments sake, if it was me, the fish would have been kept in a large rectangular carp net of a minimum 3.6m long made from a fine mesh. when the fish were placed on the ground they would of been put on a mat. the fish would of been returned individually to make sure they all swam off fine.
