Shipping Charges

All the product listed on the Barbel Hunters Fishing Shop do NOT include shipping costs.

The total shipping price of your order will be included on your bill and displayed before you decide purchase your products.

Our courier services aim to deliver the next working day in the UK.
Please help us to help you by providing your full address details and a contact number where possible. You will need to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your order. Our couriers will not leave consignments without a signature for security reasons.
Please note that Babrbel Hunters can not and do not guarantee next day delivery although we of course do our up most to ensure the fastest delivery possible within the UK.

If the driver is unable to deliver to you because there is nobody to receive your order, they will leave you a card with your consignment number and your local depot number so that you can arrange for re-delivery or collection from the depot.

Any Unclaimed and undelivered shipments will be returned to Barbel Hunters. You will be liable for the return charge at the same rate as the original delivery charge.

Shipping Offers
Specail offers on shipping like, "Free dervlivery if you spend £X amount" do change time to time, so please review your order before you checkout.

Please note that working days do not include Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - there is a premium payable for Saturday deliveries, please contact us to arrange this option for you if required.

Dispatch
All orders are normally despatched the same day if we receive it before 3pm Monday to Friday and you will receive an email notifying you of the despatch. Ordrs made after 3pm are maybe despatched the same day but where this is not possible your order will be despatched the next working day.
Please assist our couriers by ensuring the delivery address given is accurate with the full postcode and include a contact home and mobile phone number where possible.

Dispatch of Frozen Baits
Due to the nature of the product, any orders for frozen bait products will not be sent out on Fridays due to delivery not being made until the following Monday. Again, due to the nature of the product and our desire to supply you with the best product available this must be signed for at first attempted delivery. No claim for product will be accepted if non-delivery or late delivery is due to your delivery status i.e Not in at time of delivery

Returns Policy
We offer a 7 day 'No Quibble' returns policy - this does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Products returned in pristine and unused condition will be refunded or credited against your next order.

Please note that used, marked or damaged returns will not be credited - we try to be fair but please be sensible!

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product, please contact us immediately so that we can try to resolve the problem with you. If we cannot we will replace or exchange the product as soon as we possibly can.

Prior notice must be given of intention to return products so that we can best organise a speedy replacement or refund - whichever you choose.
Dont forget we are always here to help so please contact us with any problems you may have - dont be afraid to ask anything. Weve probably experienced the same at one time or another and can quickly point you in the right direction.

Delivery Charges

Barbel Hunters use a combination of Royal Mail and private couriers, small items 100g or less go Royal Mail and any items exceeding this weight limit will be delivered to you using one of our next day couriers.
The Barbel Hunters Shop will automatically calculate the best price for shipping to insure you get the cheapest shipping possible.
