Default Torrs Hydro New Mills River Goyt
H2ope's first community Archimedean screw hydro scheme at Torrs, New Mills on the river goyt and some call it the guinea pig.

News from New Mills Hydro

To me that sounds like an increase in the abstraction of water from the river, time to make a phone call.

There does not look to be any viable fish screens on the downstream end of the screw.
