Evening chaps.

The name's Nick, just started Barbel fishing, looking for something to do in the winter rather than watching static bobbins....Yep, another Carpy!

So over the last few weeks, the tackle has been sorted, and a nice selection of Barbel gear sits along side the "other stuff".
First few trips have resulted in My very first Barbel at 5lbs 8ozs, followed by a 9lbs 3oz (pb) in same night, to say I was chuffed was an understatement!
and a short morning out produced one of 5lbs.

So things have started very well, and may it continue.

I'll be in, trying not to ask the obvious, in my quest for the beasts with beard...
