I thought all greys rods had an unconditional lifetime guarantee, the last one I had certainly had, that said I think the admin charge was about £20 a go, would’nt have another one as where the top two push in together it failed 3 times, yes they replaced it with no argument but the amin charge applied each time.

Had two occasions when the top section has snapped on my prodigys , one when I was playing a nice chubb on the Dane , and the other when I was gently lobbing out a 3oz feeder on the Ribble. Greys wavered the first break as the rod was less than 6 months old, the other cost me £40 for a new top section, not impressed

.Decided to save up for two torrix
