Hi everyone,my name is Bill i come from Tyne@Wear i love to fish for Bream chub@tench,only ever caught one Barbel to 3ib and what a fight that gave so this year i fancy giving the Barbel ago so i will be looking for all the tips you can give

Welcome bill, what river do you fish ? tees ? or do you go down to yorkshire ? if its the latter may I suggest you get a leeds or york card both around the £45 quid mark , that will give you plenty of fish to go at , york usually drop there prices around oct, nov so keep an eye out, good luck.
