Hi everybody,

Just thought i would pop in and say hello.

Bit of a beginner at the barbel lark, been attacking bream for the past few years when i have had chance and decided that 2011 will be the start of the all rounder.
Got some good waters local (Trent, need i say more) and looking forward to sessions on both the normal and tidal.
I am sure there is a wealth of information out there, so please tell me off if you feel i am trying to pick your brains too much.

Hi dave,

Have spent the last few years fishing the big pit in North Hykeham, so not been on the river. Decided this year a change was due and looking at going for a few more different fish.
Used to have a Collingham book, but had an issue with committee so jacked that in, currently got SPAC, but will be going to Winthorpe, Hoveringham, maybe the dyke depending on conditions.

What about you mate?
