One frequent question I have seen posted in the past has been a query as to how high the river is.
Might we consider the possibility of a section:, river by river, to which anglers might add the conditions they found on the day's trip.

Date: Colour, NSL plus 2 feet, falling slowly. Maybe a rough location. That sort of thing.

I would find it useful, as I sometimes fish waters well away from home.

Good idea, where would you like to see it.
new subforum in the river reports or a new forum from the home page.

I think I'll put it from the home page, call "River Stats"

I'd have thought the status of the river would be actually posted in the river reports section as that is what it is a report or change river reports to river catches ?

Ive put it in its own section to stimulate others to start posting river conditions more as some of us drive or walk past rivers everyday.

I feel that in the main river reports section these posts maybe lost and to infrequent to be of any real use for other barbel hunters looking into river conditions.
