Can't post new thread in river reports forum

Tried to post a new thread on the river section but it says my account is disabled but I can post on here.

Anyone help??

your account settings seem normal, if your using IE 7 - 8 try clicking the refresh button and it should sort it

When I click on new thead it comes up with this....

Yes thats correct, members can't start new threads in the river reports forum.
If you like to add a new barbel river not listed please tell me and I'll add a new thread ASAP.

This river can be found here, two different threads as it moves through different counties

you will see that they are pages of different rivers in the river reports section

when a new post is made in a thread this thread gets moved to the top of page 1 of the river reports forum.
