Lightweight roving chairs
Has anyone got any ideas for a lightweight practical chair for the riverbank? Been looking at the jrc x lo stalking chair which is 3.1kg and a chub lo lite chair. Im currently using a korum chair which is bulky and not great on a long walk! Cheers paul

light weight chair
hey paul
I just recently got a jrc specialist x-lite recliner and would definately recommend getting one. At 3.5 kg it very light to carry has adjustable legs for uneven banks, reclines and has bungee cushioning so its very comfortable to sit in for long sessions. Might seem a bit pricy at about 70 quid but they go cheaper on ebay.
Regards
Paul

I've got a bum buddy!!!! God you lot are sick. Joking apart it weighs nowt really has a mesh pocket I use it for my rod rest then a main pocket which I've put a wheelchair cushion inside it and it has a shoulder strap&handle it doubles up as an unhooking mat and I can creep into a peg kneel on it while I get organised. There's no metal clanking on rocks or messing with the leg levelling system it's just enough comfort for your ass and back I think it's made by Nash but there's other versions on the Market quite cheap and cheerful.

AVFC1982 is your Kourm chair the light weight one? I use this and I find it great, good shoulder strap, and really good adjustable legs...Can’t fault it, maybe slightly on the bulky side but its light enough to carry and you can hook stuff on the legs when carrying to free up your hands when climbing stile.
