The nice thing about digital photos Egor, is that you can save the originals, and mess about with a copy. So no danger of making things worse. Degree of success depends upon how heavy the rain was and how badly it is affecting the picture...and how much time you have to process the picture. Avoid flash in daytime rain, or at least take some pictures with no flash. At night if raining, see whether you can take the picture inside your brolly/bivvy, or have the camera inside and the fish just outside the shelter.
Snow is far worse than rain to deal with though. Flash and snow gives really spotty photos.
