Middy 30plus IQ barbel landing net
Looking to invest in a new landing net & came across this one at specimen30plus.com -
Has anybody got one & would they recommend it?

Hi Will welcome to the forum, i did have the previous model from Middy i liked it but would have prefered a deeper net, but ilost in the Thames.

i use one, great for barbel fishing, sits nice in the water for when you are reting fish and imo very strong

I have one and marks out of 10

Hi I have the same net which I DONT use due to its size its HUGE!
Ok for 30 plus carp but a bit oversized for barbel/rivers....
I then opted for a Drennan super specialist 22" net and have landed 12 lb fish with ease....
Hope this helps

Surely, Mike, you must have got one of the bigger sizes in the range?, has there doesn't seem to be a problem with mine, size wise!
