[QUOTE=fishboyfishy;5347] and that the rod is not fit for purpose and should be replaced. If they don't, contact trading standards for advice.

good shout mate, and not alot of people are aware of the 'not fit for purpose law' under the consumer act dated ...... the item purchased must be fit for purpose and this has a term of 6 yes 6 years ! i kid you not, this applies to absolutely anything you buy,if it breaks within 6 years from d.o.p,then if its a manufacturing fault then "its not fit for purpose" and must be replaced, its the law dont let them fob you off,as was said just quote that act and tell them your going to trading standards.

cheers

kev.

Good but the only downfall I have is the same problem as whats been said before about the reel pouch being to small I have shimano 8000's and its a pain getting them in and out, but apart from that a thumbs up from me, was wondering if anyone has the greys rod holdall and what there thoughts are on that?
