good shout mate,and not alot of people are aware of the 'not fit for purpose law' under the consumer act dated ...... the item purchased must be fit for purpose and this has a term of 6 yes 6 years ! i kid you not,this applies to absolutely anything you buy,if it breaks within 6 years from d.o.p,then if its a manufacturing fault then "its not fit for purpose" and must be replaced,its the law dont let them fob you off,as was said just quote that act and tell them your going to trading standards.
