Is that one better than the Trafford Anglers TBR2?
I'd be interested to know what the differences are and the pros and cons for each.
May look at one of these, if I can actually save up enough for rod number 2

Not touched a trafford angling TBR2 rod pod, but Ive been told the korum is lighter.
The korum has a few plastic parts that could break I guess if you a bit rough with your kit.

Hmmm decisions, decisions... I'm not that bothered about the weight. The plastic bits may be a different matter I suppose. Thanks for the heads up.

Why does any one want to have their rods in the air?If a barbel comes into the swim and feels your line at that angle you wont see him again in that swim for the rest of the day.I know this as iv,e seen this happen many times. You want the line laying on the bottom as flat as possible.I,ve fished clear water rivers for over 20 years and i have seen this happen many times.BACK LEADS.SAy no more!!!W hat do you guys think?

if the barbel can see your line they will be less wary and will just move round it, i use red mist which is invisible anyway and a stonze weight which makes my rigs totally camoflaged lol
if the barbel are having it they will have it, if they are being cagey just scale your kit down.
personally i,ve never used back leads never found a reason to even when fishing low clear rivers, if u can get the fish feeding and in a frenzy it wont mattter if you tie your hook to a peice of thick rope they,ll have it, the trick is getting them to have it.
tight lines
