Default New Rods????
Back on the rivers this year after tooooooo long away from them. Looking for a decent rod at decent money (were in a recession afterall), anyone got any advice or pointers as to whats out there.

Looking for a general purpose rod that can turn its hand to almost any situation.

Default How about old rods
I'me currently fishing with two 11ft Hardys Fibatube Rods they are lovely rods, paid £60 for the two, I used to have Greys prodigy's 1.5lb tc they were great also, just trying to save some money at the moment and the old rods are great to use.
