Unlucky for me i had a bit of a fall on the 18 th of jan dislocated shoulder,broken shoulder blade and fractured to of my ribs....

Im feeling a lot better know and getting more mobile,,,hopefully by next weekend ill be back on the teme at lindridge ....
Weather and water temps might have risen be the so ill be on to a few splashers.
