Ah Montford Bridge the site of my PB Barbel 10lb 9oz and several under 10lbs!!, but keep hold of the rod no lazy fishing as you will get plenty of knocks but if you not ready for them you will lose the fish. Hope that helps but plenty of swims all along worth ago to! When you buy the ticket one of the pictures on it is my 10lb 9oz and I’m the dude on the Wingfield Arms website to (Ah my only claim to fame, nice)!!
Ps. Pellets and boilies seem to be the way to go in my experience, oh and method feeding has worked for me to!! Tight Lines!!

Its kind of a new rule that we dont allow the pin point descriptions of pegs and photos that clearly show pegs in the background.
feel free to add links to your website, a link back would be much appreciated

Thanks for info, I’m in the process of developing a website dedicated to Barbel fishing (at present testing some new Barbel baits for a new local company) so will do when completed, the only problem is I work in Tech Sales for a local IT company and used to be a developer so normally too busy selling to work on my own stuff so several late nights coming up I think!

No problems stigman, yeah you can night fish basically if you buy the ticket from the pub it costs you £3.50 or £5.00 on the bank and that allows you to fish for 24hrs from the time you buy the ticket.
