i use the john wilson barbel avon rod at 13ft Cracking rods that cover all river fishing situations its fine for fishing Severn/Thames

went with the wychwood rogue in 1.5tc seems nice enough hopefully get out the weekend and put it through its paces

I went for the same as you digga but the 1.75 tc, thought a little more poke may come in handy at times. looks a nice rod for the price of 47.50 posted

I have the same in 2lb tc, so I can also use them for carp fishing too
