Usually only fish the Swale but have often fancied trying further afield, got a weeks holiday in september does anyone know where i could rent a cottage or caravan not too far south which has a chance of some good chub, barbel fishing thrown in,preferably next to the river as i will have my other half with me , im based in the north east.............cheers

suppose it depends on how far you want to travel? but if it was me......Trent or Wensum which gives you a run down the A1, or cross country i'd go for the Wye,Severn or Avon.

cheers

kev.

Mainoaks front garden stretch is PAAC only, their stretch is a bit further out but good.
