Finally sussed what was wrong. Although my machine was showing the correct time, my wife had been into "adjust date and time" as a means of checking a calendar date. Unfortunately she had left the date as sometime in June. When McAfee also started to want me to renew my subscription at an unexpected time I eventually realised what was happening.
My computer was therefore in BST time, recording the same time on screen as the BH server, but of course the net works in GMT. Hence the hour difference I was seeing in my posts as opposed to those of others.
So, sorry Kev, nice try. Mind the wife dreamt that the Pope gave her six numbers one week. I would have expected that should have been at least a ten quid ticket. But... more proof that God does not exist.
Did you ever see, Kev, that bloke who recorded the lottery programme one week, bought a ticket with those winning numbers, and then played back the recording a week later whilst his wife checked the numbers. She got more and more excited as number after number came up.
I bet she nearly killed him when he told her.
